![]() ![]() How about maintenance requests… This was almost their saving grace! Upon submitting our requests, the maintenance tech was responsive and quick to our rental. God forbid that individual is on vacation, you will be unable to have your questions answered until they return and you will be directed to their voicemail. Let’s start with communication… You are assigned a “rental manager” with whom ALL your communication must go through. I have worked in the industry for years and have yet to come across a worse company. Please read through these reviews and understand that every negative is 100% factual. RENTERS BEWARE! If you value communication, professionalism, organization or your security deposit RUN from Synergy. ![]() I have never once heard from you or anyone from the board. You only heard Dawn's response, you didn't want to hear mine. I have records of every email and every response. I will take this public and show everyone how wrong you have been on simple leaks and simple repairs, that should have been done by you and how you failed. Yes, you may fight back but I will fight back even more. I will take off all repair costs on my monthly dues. You didn't care about me when I asked a resolution meeting. I'm going to fix this my way from now on. For me to tear down walls and a cabinet to repair a leak, that is your responsibility. I am going to the media and let everyone know what kind of place this is. Shame on you, Synergy, everyone related to this. Now I get this ridiculous reply back from Dawn after I asked for a resolution meeting from the board. A roofer comes by for a total of 5 minutes and even confirms it is not related to the chimney. I have asked for the 2nd Non-chimney leak to be looked at. In not one case has this been suggested by Dawn or you. I am also told by this contractor that both can be fixed with any type of reliant sealant, flex seal to name one. I am being told by an independent contractor that I have 2 separate leaks. I have requested numerous times from Dawn to have this looked at. I Have walls and a cabinet if there is a chimney that once existed. There was no mention of it in my contract. Wehn I bought this place, I was never told there was a chimney. It's the requirement of the HOA to repair all roof leaks. First of all, this issue has gone on for months. I have never been involved with an unprofessional group as your board and Dawn Babgy. If anyone know the email addresses all of the Board members, could you please forward that to em please? I'm gettng roof fixed myself today. I have contacted all the consumer watch groups and the news. I would sue them but the legal costs are too high. So far, Teri Fort, the Board president refuses to communicate with me. ![]()
